Refund & Return Policy


At Kennedy’s, we take great care in selecting good quality, ethical goods for you. If you need to return an item for any reason, we’re happy to help.

Our Refund & Returns Policy is in line with the Australian Consumer Law. Kennedy’s accepts product returns if there is a fault or defect and you can present your receipt as proof of purchase.

Please report any problems with your online order within no more than 3 days of receipt.

Please choose carefully, as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision.

Please note that we do not issue refunds or accept exchange of any product which is:

  • Not sealed by the manufacturer, or
  • Has not been custom-made or compounded in the pharmacy


You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, or have been damaged in transit (photo proof required).

We may also issue a refund or credit (at our discretion) for sealed by the manufacturer brand products and purchases made by error, as long as these are posted back to us within 10 days of the original purchase and the customer pays for return postage.

Shipping


We ship Australia-wide. Our team endeavours to provide same day dispatch if the products are currently in stock.

Please note: during times of very high demand we occasionally may not be able to dispatch all orders on the same day. If that occurs, we will ensure they are dispatched the following more instead. We appreciate your understanding.

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, the delivery time to reach your address will depend on Australia Post delivery schedule to your area.

Sometimes an item in your order may be out of stock. We will do our best to contact you so that you can decide whether to wait until your complete order is ready before shipping. If more than one shipment is made, additional freight charges may be applicable.
